
Zoë Boucher - Collaborative Sculpture Workshop for Teens
Saturday, May 14 & Sunday, May 15, 10am - 2pm.
This free two-day workshop will provide an opportunity for teen participants (ages 13-18) to work together and create a sculptural installation at Stone Quarry Art Park. Participants will work with natural materials including yarn, fabric, and branches. Participants will explore the topic of connection and learn new techniques through collaboration. The workshop will culminate with the creation of a sculptural installation that will be on display at Stone Quarry.

About the Artist:
Zoë Boucher is a multidisciplinary artist. She received her BFA in 2010 from Alfred University and her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling specializing in Art Therapy in 2020 from Lesley University. As a mixed media artist and neophyte art therapist, her work seeks to engage the audience as participants in a collaborative process that utilizes creativity as a vehicle for critical engagement and well-being.
To help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases like COVID-19 this event will take place outdoors and adhere to CDC guidance. Fully vaccinated participants are not required to wear masks.
